Qualcomm has big plans in India. The country is one of the fastest growing phone markets in the world and is vital for the company, said the global Chairman of the world’s largest phone chip manufacturer, Paul Jacobs.

Speaking to CNBC-TV18’s Shereen Bhan, Jacobs said the fact that India’s leapfrogged to 4G technology at such low costs, has only gone to boost penetration in India. There are two pieces of good news coming India’s way.
